Antione Cartez is an authentic educator, speaker, and transformational leader committed to restoring wellness, culture, and purpose in education and beyond. As Chief Learning Architect of CANDU Education Partners, he designs high-impact professional development experiences that help schools and organizations reset energy, rebuild culture, and reignite authentic leadership.

With over a decade of teaching and coaching experience in Saint Louis schools, Antione blends lived experience with strategic vision. He earned his Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, along with advanced degrees and certifications in Educational Leadership, K–12 Administration, and Health & Physical Education (PK–12).

Through CANDU, Antione leads signature experiences including:

• Authentic Teaching & Engagement Workshop – equipping educators with practical, culturally relevant strategies
